Mount Paiko is located in Central Macedonia on the border of the prefectures of Pella and Kilkis and is the largest chestnut forest in Greece with rich vegetation and several springs. The flora consists of about 2,500 plant specimens. The trees that cover Paiko are mainly chestnuts, beeches, pines, oaks, cedars, willows, poplars, birches, paliouri, holly, pseudo-acacias, polycombo, wild clover, rosemary, sage, lilies, and many others.
With a very stable texture, aroma and quality every year.
